Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders in five working days. If products are out of stock delivery will take up to four weeks, but you will be informed of this once the order has placed, and have the option to amend your order.

UK Mainland (next day service on dispatch) : £10 by DHL, UPS
Free UK delivery on orders over £250
International delivery (3-5 day service on dispatch): £30, by DHL, UPS or similar
Free international delivery on orders over £250
The customer is responsible for any customs charges
Returns
Please check deliveries on arrival as any claims for damaged or lost items must be notified by email within one week with photos, stating date of delivery and invoice number. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection.
